Wireless Friday Seminar Series The Wireless Networking and Communications Seminar was founded in the fall of 1996 by Professor Brian Evans, and is currently co-organized by Professor Robert Heath. The series brings together many of the engineers, students, and faculty that make up the Austin high-tech telecom ecosystem. These seminars are open to the public, and are held in ENS 637 on Fridays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Currently, IBM Tivoli Systems and the Texas Telecommunications Engineering Consortium (TxTEC) sponsor the seminar.
