WNCG Launches New Website

In late November, The Wireless Networking and Communications Group launched their re-designed website located at www.wncg.org. The new website features clearer navigation, more focused content and enhanced applications for increased usability.

"We recognize that the web is a window into WNCG's activities and as such felt that it needed a fresh look," said WNCG Director, Gustavo de Veciana. "We still plan to continue working on adding and taking things out, keeping only what is useful. We're hoping to get feedback from Affiliates and the general public to continue to refine the look and the content."

The site is a resource for students, researchers and companies to learn more about the latest innovations in wireless research as well as for students and affiliates to keep updated on the group's activities.

"Many constituencies will use this website to get information about our research, students and sponsors. At the same time, we have implemented and will continue to improve aspects of the website that are specifically targeted to our sponsors: for example enabling them to access our most recent research and track our students' progress," said de Veciana.
