IEEE International Conference on Communications

This year's 2008 IEEE International Conference on Communications was attended by WNCG Associated Director Prof. Robert Heath. IEEE ICC 2008 was jointly organized by the Chinese Institute of Electronics, Chinese Institute of Communications, Tsinghua University, and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, under the support of the Ministry of Information Industry of China, Beijing Municipal Government, National Science Foundation of China, and major telecommunication operators. The technical program consisted of 10 technical symposia disseminating the latest research and development results in the areas of telecommunications, tutorials and workshops on the latest business issues in communications and networking topics, and panel sessions for interactive discussions.
