Prof. Bard receives the "Outstanding Faculty Award for 2002"

The Software Engineering Program of the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at UT, presented Prof. Bill Bard of the WNCG with the "Outstanding Faculty Award for 2002". Students chose Prof. Bard for providig an engaging learning environment, promoting class discussion, and giving timely feedback.

Prof. Bard is a Senior Lecturer with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. He has been employed continuously by the University of Texas since 1966 in positions including teaching assistant, lead operating system development specialist, digital system design engineer, manager of computer maintenance, and associate director for technical affairs.
